Jennifer Lopez

JenniferJennifer had always hoped to be a multitasking star. In her youth she enjoyed all kinds of genres of music, but she particularly enjoyed Afro-Caribbean rhythms like salsa, merengue, bachata and merengue, as well as mainstream music like pop, hip-hop and R&B. She was a huge lover of music and film. Her biggest influence was the Rita Moreno musical, West Side Story (1961). At 5, Jennifer began taking singing and dancing lessons. In addition to being an performer Jennifer was also a Catholic schoolgirl. She attended for eight years of an Catholic elementary school , named Holy Family which is located at The Bronx, before graduating from an all-girls prep school, Preston High School after a four-year stay. Jennifer was an accomplished athlete who participated in tennis and track at school was also an impressive pupil. It was the Castle Hill neighbourhood was her residence for the majority of her time. As a teenager, Jennifer moved out of the home of her parents. Lopez worked as a lawyer during this period, while taking dance classes at night.
